Field Rescue
When illness or injury strikes in the field and you cannot reach care on your own, one call puts a coordinated rescue in motion. Here is exactly how it works.
What Triggers It
You are ill or injured, you cannot safely reach appropriate care on your own, and you contact the operations line. Hospitalisation is not a requirement, being unable to get yourself to care is.
What Happens on the Call
The operations centre verifies your membership, assesses your condition with medical advisory support, and pinpoints your location before any asset moves.
What We Coordinate
Ground, marine or air response from the point of emergency through our vetted response network, with transport to an appropriate medical facility.
What Is Excluded
Altitudes above 4,600 metres without the Summit extension, areas listed as excluded in the Member Services Agreement, and situations created by ignoring a direct operations centre instruction
Medical Evacuation
Medical emergencies are not the only reason to leave in a hurry. When the situation around you turns dangerous, our security team moves you out of harm's way and, if needed, out of the region entirely.
What Triggers It
You are hospitalised abroad and our medical advisory determines the treating facility cannot provide the care you need, or continued treatment closer to home is medically appropriate.
What Happens on the Call
Our medical team consults with the treating physicians, reviews your condition and determines the safest transport option.
What We Coordinate
Medically supervised transport to appropriate hospital care, including your home hospital where medically and operationally feasible, with equipment and escort matched to your condition.
What Is Excluded
Transport against medical advice, care costs at the receiving hospital, and limits stated per membership term in the Agreement.
Security Extraction, Rescue Command and Rescue Black
Medical emergencies are not the only reason to leave in a hurry. When the situation around you turns dangerous, our security team moves you out of harm's way and, if needed, out of the region entirely.
What Triggers It
A named event threatens your safety: civil unrest, armed conflict spilling into your area, a natural disaster, a terrorism incident, or an official evacuation order issued for your location.
What Happens on the Call
Security advisors assess the threat in real time, establish your exact location, and give you immediate instructions, whether that means moving now or sheltering in place until a safe window opens.
What We Coordinate
Movement to safety and extraction from the affected area through our security partner network, timed to conditions on the ground. We move when it is safest to move, not simply fastest.
What Is Excluded
Travel into areas already designated as active war zones at the time of booking, and the exclusions listed in the Member Services Agreement

Per person coverage limits, transports per membership term and the post departure purchase waiting period are all stated in the Member Services Agreement and summarised here once counsel confirms final figures.
