Where we stand today
Known limitations
What we have done
Third-party content
The secure card entry fields at checkout are provided by CyberSource, our payment processor, inside embedded frames we do not control. We have selected them in part for their compatibility with standard browsers, but their internal accessibility is governed by CyberSource. If you cannot complete a payment using assistive technology, contact us and we will arrange an alternative way to complete your purchase.
Compatibility
This website is designed to work with recent versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on desktop and mobile, and with commonly used screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack. It may not display optimally in outdated browsers.
If you cannot access something
If any part of this website is difficult or impossible for you to use, tell us and we will help directly. Contact help@privaterescue.com or call +44 020 3239 7777. Describe the page and the problem, and mention the browser and assistive technology you use if you can. We aim to respond within [X business days] and to provide the information or service you were trying to reach in an accessible form while the underlying issue is fixed. Members who need assistance urgently should always use the 24/7 operations line rather than website channels.
