Do all tiers use the same emergency number?
Yes. One operations line serves every tier. Rescue Black members receive priority handling on that same line, with a dedicated coordinator who already holds their profile.
Are short term and annual plans available on every tier?
Yes. Each tier offers single trip plans of 7, 14 or 30 days and annual plans covering unlimited trips during the year, with upgrades available for longer continuous journeys.
