Climbers and Trekkers

Everything on a mountain is planned except the part where something goes wrong. Route, weather windows, acclimatisation schedule, fitness, and then a phone number nobody has tested. We are the response half of that plan: 24/7 operations, published deployment triggers so nobody negotiates thresholds over a satellite phone, and partners who fly in the Himalaya, the Andes and the Karakoram because we vetted them before the season started.

Who We Protect · Climbers and Trekkers

Coverage That Climbs With You.

Above 4,600 metres, most protection quietly stops. Ours is built to keep going. Add the Summit extension to any tier, or choose Rescue Black and carry high altitude evacuation coverage automatically, at no extra charge.

The Risks You Actually Face

Three Things That Turn A Bad Day Into A Serious One

Not the risks a policy document lists. The three that decide whether an incident stays manageable or becomes a rescue. Each one is about time, and each one is what our operations centre is built to compress.

Altitude Illness

HAPE and HACE strike fast and demand descent and evacuation, not waiting.

Remote Terrain

Trailheads without roads. Villages without hospitals. Distance is the enemy.

Weather Windows

Extraction timing on big routes is dictated by conditions, not convenience.

The Right Configuration

Rescue Black Includes Summit. Others Charge Every Tier.

Serious mountain travellers choose Rescue Black: priority handling, a coordinator who maps hospitals along your route before departure, and the Summit high altitude extension included at no charge. On a budget, Rescue plus Summit as a paid add on covers the same altitude threshold.

The First Hour.

What A Call From Altitude Looks Like

A member calls from 4,800 metres with suspected HAPE. Within minutes a case manager owns the case, coordinates descent with the team on the mountain and opens extraction options at the same time rather than in sequence. By the time weather allows a lift, the aircraft, the route and the receiving facility are already arranged.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. The trek reaches 5,364 metres, above the 4,600 metre threshold where standard coverage ends. Carry Summit as an add on, or hold Rescue Black which includes it automatically.
Coverage applies above 4,600 metres with the Summit extension, subject to the exclusions stated openly in the Member Services Agreement. Read the When We Deploy page for the exact triggers before you commit to a route.
Before Your Next Season

Sort The Exit Before You Sort The Route.

Permits, weather windows and acclimatisation schedules all get planned properly. The extraction usually does not. Membership takes a few minutes, covers the whole year rather than a single expedition, and puts an operations centre and vetted rotary partners behind every trip you make. No altitude ceiling to check and no activity clause to argue over.
