What counts as a field rescue?
Field rescue means our operations centre coordinates response from the location where you become ill or injured, even in remote areas, and transport to an appropriate medical facility. Hospitalisation is not required for a field rescue to apply.
Will I be taken to my home hospital?
When you are hospitalised abroad, we coordinate evacuation to appropriate hospital care, including your home hospital where medically and operationally feasible. The exact commitment is written in the Member Services Agreement.
Does Rescue cover my family?
Family plans extend the same benefits to your partner and dependent children travelling with you, under a single membership at a combined rate shown in the calculator.
